SafePath Medical Supplies LLC offers a 30-day return and refund policy for goods purchased, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging as received at delivery.
The original invoice must be provided with the returned item.
Products must not be damaged, altered, or used in any way.
Refunds will be processed in full once the return is reviewed and approved by the supplier.
SafePath Medical Supplies LLC is not responsible for any damage caused to the product after delivery by the purchaser.
Returns for Defective Items
Any product received with defects, whether due to shipping damage or manufacturing faults, will be replaced at no cost by SafePath Medical Supplies LLC.
For refunds on defective items, customers will only be responsible for the actual shipping charges incurred during delivery. The remaining amount will be refunded in full.
Processing Time
All return and refund requests require a minimum processing period of two (2) weeks from the date of approval.
